Return & Refund Policy

We want every ritual to be right. If something is not, here is how returns work.

Eligibility

• Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Opened products may be returned within 7 days if you are not satisfied with aroma or quality.
• Bulk drums (5 Kg and above) are made to order and non-returnable unless defective.

How to start a return

1. Call or WhatsApp our concierge desk with your order number.
2. We arrange a reverse pickup within 2 working days.
3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of receipt (COD orders via bank transfer).
